The District Attorney’s Office often insists that community service be imposed as part of a defendant’s sentence, including those individuals who are admitted into the ARD program.   As a result, the District Attorney’s Office may, at its discretion, provide community service to various organizations within Montgomery County.  Those organizations who are interested in receiving court-ordered community service may call (610) 278-3098 for additional details.
