Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman announces the arrest of Robert LINSINBIGLER in connection with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, Dealing in Proceeds of Unlawful Activities and other related Crimes that occurred within Plymouth Township, Montgomery County. 
 
Montgomery County Detectives conducted an investigation that revealed from January 2001 to February 2009, LINSINBIGLER, who was the Director of the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Campus, stole over $168,165.00 from the Montgomery County Chiefs of Police Association-EVOC bank account and the Montgomery County Fire Advisory Board bank account.  The investigation also revealed that LINSINBIGLER used the monies he stole from these accounts to pay for a mortgage on his home, a home equity loan, and for various personal expenses. 
 
LINSINBIGLER will be arraigned on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 11:30 A.M. at the Courtroom of Magisterial District Judge Francis J. Bernhardt, which is located at Building B, Suite 101, 625 W. Ridge Pike; Conshohocken, PA 19428. 
 
The Captain of the Economic Crime Unit, Assistant District Attorney Robert J. Sander, is assigned to prosecute the case.
